The commission gave permission for a new alternative investment fund and approved a new white paper<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/u><\/h2>\n

On Thursday, December 22, 2022, the 35th regular session of the X convocation of the Securities Commission was held, where the Commission approved the request of the company for managing alternative investment funds “Eurasian Real Estate Investment Management” from Belgrade (EREIM) for the issuance of a license to establish and management of a closed alternative investment fund with a private offer for investments in real estate that does not have the status of a legal entity, called “Q INVEST” and passed a decision on the approval of the publication of a white paper to the issuer Finspot from Belgrade.
The company for managing alternative investment funds “Eurasian Real Estate Investment Management” was founded as a small DZUAIF and can organize and manage several alternative investment funds. The primary goal of this company is investing in the real estate market in Serbia. The goal of the fund is to generate profit for investors by combining annual dividend yield and asset value appreciation after a predefined period. The minimum amount of payment by an individual investor to the fund is 50,000 euros.
In addition, the Commission issued Finspot d.o.o. Belgrade approved the publication of the white paper for the initial public offering of 185,250 Finspot factoring tokens (FIN2) with a nominal value of RSD 1,000. The white paper contains all the information about the issuer and the initial offering that allows buyers\/investors to make an informed decision related to the purchase\/investment in FIN2 tokens and understand the risks related to the initial offering and the digital tokens being offered.
FIN2 entitles the holder to invest in investment products from the issuer’s white paper. They differ in terms of maturity, interest rate, as well as the possibility of early termination of the investment and the minimum investment period. The holder of FIN2 tokens who invested tokens in some of the investment products, has the right to interest at a fixed interest rate. The interest rate and the maturity (date of maturity of the investment) also depend on the selected product.
After the maturity of the investment, the invested FIN2 tokens are returned to the investor, by transferring them to his blockchain wallet. The realized interest yield is paid in dinars to the investor’s account. Returned FIN2 tokens can be used again to invest in new investment products or can be sold for dinars to the issuer at their nominal value.<\/h3>\n
